About 10mm wide, 10cm long — or use a thin string.

Wrap your finger
Wrap snugly around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on.

Mark & measure
Mark where it overlaps. Lay flat, measure in mm — that's your circumference.

A well-fitted bracelet should move slightly — not tight, not loose.
How to measure your wrist
- Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
- Note the measurement in centimetres.
- Add 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit, or 2 cm for a relaxed fit.
- Match to the size chart on the right.
No tape? Use a strip of paper and a ruler.
